Luckily, my dolly has four wheels and extends. I put two blocks on the foot and edged it under the wooden disk that the statue was built on top of. I added a blanket for padding. Then leaned the whole thing over onto its side. I then removed the cinder blocks, wooden disc, and pulled out the interior supports. It all came out very easily.
I then wheeled the statue close to finally positioning with it on its side. Thank goodness for a four wheel dolly. :D
Then I carefully rolled it into place and tipped it back upright.
